    Men's Track and Field
Despite only being a member of the men's Track & Field team for one season, Delice imprinted his name across the records books for the Javelina Track & Field program, winning an individual National Title at the 1993 NCAA DII Outdoor National Championship Meet in the 200 meter and 400 meter dash as well as the 4x100 meter relay.

Posting an insane 20.34-second and 44.58-second time in the 200- and 400-meter dash respectively, Delice still holds the school record in both events, beating out fellow Javelina Hall-of-Famer Darrell Green. Delice was also a member of the National Champion 4x100 team that posted a school-record time of 39.36 seconds. His 400m performance still stands as the best time in Lone Star Conference History.

He also owns the school record in the indoor 55-meter dash with a 6.24 second time.

Spearheaded by Delice, the Javelina Men's Track & Field team would finish in fourth place at the 1993 NCAA Outdoor National Championship meet, the team's highest finish at the meet in school history up to that point. The Hogs would finish third in the LSC Conference Championship Meet that season as well.

Outside of Texas A&M-Kingsville, Delice is an accomplished international Track & Field athlete, competing for Trinidad and Tobago. He competed in both the 1988 and 1992 Olympic Games in the 400-meter dash and the 4x100 relay, placing 7th in the 4x100 in Barcelona. Delice won three medals on the international stage, placing third in the 100-meter dash and second in the 4x400-meter relay at the 1993 Central American and Caribbean Games. He also received the bronze medal in the 4x400 relay at the Commonwealth Games in 1994.
