Welcome to Texas A&M University - Kingsville! We are excited to have you as a member of the Javelina Athletics family and are committed to providing a safe environment for your son or daughter.

Student-athletes must be medically cleared by our team physicians in order to participate in any organized strength and conditioning, practice activities or games. To help expedite the process we ask that you complete all medical documentation through the ATS Athlete Portal. Your cooperation in providing accurate information will allow us to review your son or daughter's medical information in a timely manner so we can get them on the court or field as soon as possible!

The information you are providing is for Athletic Training use only and if you have given this same information before, we are requesting it because of confidentiality restrictions. Failure to complete medical documentation as soon as possible may cause delays in your son/daughter's medical clearance to participate in athletics at Texas A&M University-Kingsville.

Health Insurance Requirement for International Students: All international students (any student that is not a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) are required to have the Texas A&M University System Student Health Insurance Plan (SSHIP).  The plan is automatically charged to an international student's tuition and fee statement.  Students may only request a waiver of SSHIP in certain circumstances and provide alternative health insurance coverage.  For more information please go to: http://www.tamuk.edu/finance/risk/insurance-services/student-insurance.html

NOTE: Please do not fax copies of Medical and/or Prescription Insurance cards. This information can be added and copies of the cards scanned and uploaded through ATS. You may also scan and email the copies of the cards to the email address listed below. If your contact or insurance information changes as the year goes forward, please update the information in ATS as soon as the changes take effect.

TAMUK Athletic Training uses an information and injury tracking system that allows athletes to directly input information and complete all required documentation through the ATS Athlete Portal.

THE ATS ATHLETE PORTAL LINK WILL BE AVAILABLE, THE DUE DATE WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY ATHLETIC TRAINING STAFF AND/OR COACHES. COTACT ATHLETIC TRAINING STAFF IF YOU NEED TO GET THE LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS.
