Joining the Javelinas for the 2002 and 2003 seasons after transferring fro California State-Stanislaus, Moulton was one of most dominant runner in Javelina track & field history. She earned NCAA Division II all-American honors in the 60-meter hurdles, 100-meter hurdles and 400-meter hurdles.

Her success was especially felt at the conference tournaments, as she took home the gold medals in both the 2002 and 2003 100-meter hurdles event as well as 400-meter hurdles in 2003 in the Lone Star Conference. Her two gold medals in the 2002-2003 conference meets were the first two gold medals the Javelinas have ever earned in the women's 100-meter hurdles.

She set the school record in the 400-meter hurdles in 2003, the 60-meter hurdles record in 2003 and posted the second best 100-meter hurdle time in school history that same season. Her 60-meter time and 400-meter times currently rank second and 11th respectively.
