Milo was a member of the Javelina volleyball program from 1996-99, an All-Lone Star Conference honoree for four seasons, including a First Team All-LSC selection in 1997, the 1996 LSC Freshman of the Year and was named to the 1998 LSC All-Tournament team.

Through the 2017 season, Milo continues to hold several top-five spots in the Javelina Volleyball Record Book in both overall career and individual seasons. For her career, Milo stands alone atop the kills (1754) and points (2000.0) leaderboards in addition to her top-five positions in kills per set (2nd – 3.53 [min. 125 sets played]), services aces (3rd – 127), digs (2nd – 1804), digs per set (4th – 3.63 [min. 125 sets played]), points per set (2nd – 4.02 [min. 125 sets played]) and sets played (2nd – 497).

For individual seasons, Milo finished her senior campaign in 1999 with the second-most kills (530), points (591.5) and, at the time, digs (622) in TAMUK history en route to her third All-LSC second team honor.

In addition to her prowess on the court, Milo was an LSC All-Academic selection in 1997.

The Port Arthur, Texas, native prepped at Jefferson High School before committing to TAMUK.
