Texas A&M - Kingsville Athletics

Don Hightower is a charter member of the Javelina Hall of Fame.  He was inducted in 1972.
            
He received a health and physical education degree from Texas A&I in 1939.  
            
Hightower was co-captain of the 1938 football team and was All-Alamo Conference in 1936, 1937 and 1938.  He received Associated Press Little All-America mention in 1938.
            
From Liberty, he was a member of the “T” Association and was named to Who’s Who.
