ARLINGTON, Texas (Tennis) – No. 42 Texas A&M University-Kingsville (0-1) heads to Arlington to battle the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith (0-1) Friday, Feb. 12 at 12:30 p.m. before traveling to San Antonio to take on No. 11 St. Mary's University (2-1) Feb. 14 at 2 p.m.

Madi Gomez won her singles flight in her collegiate debut last week versus Division I University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

Mariaxi Herrera and
Marija Dimitrovska are ranked in both singles and doubles in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) South Central Regional rankings. Herrera and Dimitrovska are No. 10 in doubles, Herrera is No. 10 in singles and Dimitrovska rounds out the top 20 in singles.
Erika Larrea enters her second season after earning Lone Star Conference Newcomer of the Year honors last season.

Arkansas Fort Smith is 0-1 on the year after falling to No. 17 Northeastern State University. Madison Carr earned a win in singles No. 4.

Nationally-ranked St. Mary's is 2-1 this season. Jamie Lee Denton is 8-1 in singles play and 2-1 in the spring. She ranks No. 19 nationally in singles play. Denton and Kaylin Kruseman are No. 6 in doubles and Cristina Lopez and Hannah Petersen sit at No. 15 with a combined record of 12-2 overall and 4-1 in the spring.
