2016-17 (So.): Named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2015-16 (Fr.): Was 8-10 in singles play and 8-15 in doubles. Ended the season with a 6-5 record in doubles play with Marija Dimitrovska including an 8-0 victory over #13 North Central Texas College. 

High School: Earned three letters for Ross S. Sterling High School in Baytown, Texas… placed third in the 2012 district and regional doubles championships… earned back-to-back District 21-6A doubles crowns in 2013-14… team qualified for regionals from 2011-13… two-time most improved player… two-time MVP and Heart award recipient… 2014 All-District 21-5A athlete and all-academic.
 
Club: Played two seasons for BARC Bulldogs in Houston, Texas… USTA Junior Team Tennis Sectional champions and 2014 Texas State finalists.
 
Personal: Full name is Madison Gomez… daughter of Rick and Edna Gomez… has an older brother, Nick, and younger sister, Amanda… wants to becomes a pharmacist at Texas Children’s Hospital… chose TAMUK to play tennis and pursue degree in biomedical sciences… admires her dad because of his hard work and persistence… intends to major in biomedical sciences.
