AUSTIN, Texas (Tennis) – No. 43 Texas A&M University-Kingsville (2-5) fell to No. 42 Dallas Baptist University (3-3), 9-0, Friday afternoon at the Austin Tennis Center.
 
Earlier in the day, Marija Dimitrovska was named Lone Star Conference Tennis Athlete of the Week after blanking Breanna Hunt of Howard Payne, 6-0, 6-0, in singles No. 2 and teaming with Mariaxi Herrera to win doubles No. 1 8-0. Against the Patriots, the duo fell in a close matchup in the top doubles matchup, and in singles play, Dimitrovska gave Fernandez de Camilo a run before falling in singles No. 3, 7-5, 6-1.
 
The Javelinas head to San Antonio to take on Florida Southern College in a 10 a.m. matchup Sunday.
