WICHITA FALLS, Texas (Football) – In the final Lone Star Conference regular season game, Texas A&M University-Kingsville (1-7, 0-5 LSC) looks to upset No. 14/15 Midwestern State University (7-1, 4-1 LSC) on Halloween at 7 p.m. at Memorial Stadium.
The Javelinas are searching for their first LSC win of the season and are 6-10 all-time versus the Mustangs.

Myles Carr ranks fourth in the LSC in total offense at 219.6 yards per game. The transfer from Fresno State has thrown for 1,682 yards on 117-of-207 passing with 13 touchdowns. Senior
Shawn Vasquez is ninth in the LSC in rushing with 445 yards on 93 carries (4.8 yards per carry) with three touchdowns. Junior wide receiver
Anthony Autry ranks third in the conference in receiving yards with 31 receptions for 608 yards and six touchdowns and sophomore
Jordan Thomas is fifth with 29 receptions for 540 yards and four touchdowns.
The Javelinas boasts the LSC's No. 4 defense in the first season under defensive coordinator
David Brown II, allowing 395 yards per game and lead the league (31st in NCAA Division II) with 2.75 sacks per game.

For Midwestern State, junior Quade Coward came on in relief of Hagen Hutchinson in each of MSU's first five games of the season before starting MSU's last three games including wins over West Texas A&M and Humboldt State.
Coward threw for 126 yards completing 14-of-26 passes with two touchdowns against Texas A&M-Commerce while leading MSU in rushing with 44 yards on eight carries. For the season, Coward has completed 79-of-150 passes (52.7 percent) for 1,036 yards, while rushing for 323 yards on 50 carries.
