KINGSVILLE, Texas - The Texas A&M-Kingsville women's tennis team closed out the second match of a back-to-back home stand against the No. 24 Cameron Aggies on Saturday afternoon, falling 2-5.
The Javelinas (7-5, 1-2 LSC) fall to 2-2 against ranked opposition on the season. The Aggies (4-6, 1-1 LSC) snap a four-game losing streak.
The Aggies took the doubles point to start the match, winning 2-1.

Milou ter Morsche were the lone Hog duo to pick up a win on Court 1, 6-3.
On the singles court, Maier extended her winning streak to six games, coming back from a one set deficit to take the match in a super tiebreaker third set, 5-7, 6-2, 1-0.
Ter Morsche similarly collected a singles win on Court 4 in a super tiebreaker, 4-6, 6-3, 1-0. She is now 7-3 in her last ten singles matches, including two wins over D-I opponents.
UP NEXT
The Javelinas are back on the road as they take on their toughest road tests of the season in No. 19 Lubbock Christian and No. 5 Midwestern State. The Hogs take on LCU first on March 29 and MSU on March 30 with both matches slated for 1 p.m.
