SAN ANGELO, Texas (Football) – Texas A&M University-Kingsville (1-5, 0-3 LSC) looks to put its string of bad luck behind them as the Javelinas head to No. 25 Angelo State University (4-2, 1-2 LSC) on Oct. 17 for a 7 p.m. bout at LeGrand Stadium at 1
st Community Credit Union Field.
The game will also be carried by Concho Valley TV station KLST-TV.
The Javelinas lead the all-time series 29-15, but the Hogs are 13-9 in San Angelo.
The Rams are coming off back-to-back Lone Star Conference losses to nationally-ranked A&M-Commerce and Midwestern State, while the Javelinas are searching for their first LSC victory since 2012.

Myles Carr went 17-for-30 for 243 yards and two touchdowns but the Javelinas fell to Tarleton State, 38-34.
Jordan Thomas finished with 114 yards and a touchdown on six receptions and
Anthony Autry added 88 and a score.
Greg Pitre had his finest game of the season last week, rushing for a team-high 85 yards on 16 carries.
Shawn Vasquez ended up with 72 yards and a touchdown
Joe Te'o continued to find the end zone when called upon, rushing for 10 yards and six points on his lone carry.
Defensively,
Zemarcus Green leads the club with 36 tackles.
Brandon Jones has 3.5 tackles for a loss and two sacks and
Braedon Robinson has tallied 26 stops and returned a fumble recovery for a touchdown (48 yards).
Forrest Jones,
Kelechi Amushie,
Lamont Hills and
Devonte Williams have at least five pass breakups and five pass deflections.
SCOUTING ANGELO STATEKyle Washington, the 2014 LSC Offensive Player of the Year and 2015 LSC Preseason Offensive Player of the Year returns for his senior year and has gone 155-of-261 with 12 touchdown passes in six games. He has also rushed for a team-high eight scores and Ryan Byrd has found the endzone four times. Wide receiver Donovan Thompson has 48 receptions for 680 yards and four touchdowns.
