For the women’s program, Upton recorded a career day in TAMUK’s 55-38 win over the Patriots last Thursday. She tallied 13 points, seven rebounds and four assists in 31 minutes on the floor, all tops in her two-year career, while the Javelinas recorded their ninth game as a program allowing fewer than 40 points to an opponent.

She added five points, five rebounds and three assists against the No. 5/5 Lions on the following Saturday as she pushed her season average to 5.4 points and 3.1 rebounds per game while starting each of the last five contests.
