Kingsville - After playing the program's first ever games there two weeks ago, the Texas A&M - Kingsville STUNT is back in Dallas for four games in two days.
The weekend will start for the Javelinas when they play the tournament's hosts - the Dallas Baptist Patriots - at 2:20 p.m. on Friday before finishing the day against George Fox, who is opening its season at the tournament, at 4 p.m..
Day two will start much earlier for Kingsville, as they play DBU for a second time - this time beginning at 8:20 a.m.. The Javelinas will then close out the weekend against the University of Texas.
"This weekend we will be playing some tough teams," Head Coach Lindsey Garcia said. "The team has prepared to take the mat with full energy and higher expectations. The girls feel more confident going into this weekend than the last, so I am excited to see what we can accomplish together as well as see how many of our team goals we will reach."
The Javelinas have started the season - their first in program history - 0-3 with three games last weekend, two of which were top-10-ranked teams in the nation. Kingsville will have two more tournaments this season, one each for the next two weeks, before returning home on March 15th for the program's first ever regular season home game.
