KINGSVILLE, Texas – The Texas A&M-Kingsville men's basketball team welcomes Cameron to Kingsville Hampton Inn Court Wednesday night for IBC Bank Pack the House Night at 8 p.m.
The Javelinas (5-11 overall, 0-4 LSC) will be seeking their first LSC win as they take on Cameron. The Aggies currently sit 3-1 in the conference in a deadlock for second. They are 9-6 overall.
Kingsville will also be looking to even the all-time series between the two schools. Cameron leads the series 16-15. The Hoggies won 56-48 last season in Kingsville to open conference, while the Aggies won in OT in Lawton later in the season.
Four Javelinas enter the week averaging double figures.
Rashad Basey remains one of the top two scorers in the LSC with 18.1 points.
Jordan Jahr, who leads the team with 6.1 rebounds, is second at 10.5 points per game, while
Ronald Scott is scoring 10.3.
Ta'Quan McDew leads Kingsville off the bench with 10 a game.
Will Cook leads the Aggies with 16.0 points and 6.9 rebounds. Craig Foster, who was the LSC Player of the Year last season and this year's Preseason Player of the Year, is second in scoring with 14.3 points a game. He is in the conference top 10 in assists and steals.
