Kingsville - After a historic finish to their series last week, Texas A&M-Kingsville returns to the friendly confines of Nolan Ryan Field to take on Oklahoma Christian in a four-game series beginning on Thursday.

The Javelinas posted new single-game records in runs scored (26) and RBIs (24) against Sul Ross State in the series finale last week, and will now face an Eagles team that is allowing the fourth most runs in the Lone Star Conference and has the fourth highest ERA.

Texas A&M-Kingsville meanwhile leads the LSC in batting average (.345) and total hits (214). In fact, the Javelinas are the only team in their conference to have crossed the 200 hit threshold through 18 games. This offensive output can be attributed to Joshua Endo and Landon Salinas, who are each batting over .400 and have racked up over 30 hits.

Oklahoma Christian meanwhile would like to see their offense ramp up their output as they currently sit at the bottom of the LSC with 148 hits. Despite that however, the Eagles offense can still generate runs. They have racked up four games with double-digit runs scored, two of which came last week against Texas A&M-International.

First pitch for Thursday's contest is set for 6:00 pm. Fans of the Javelinas can watch the game on FloCollege or follow the action at JavelinaBSB on X.
