THACKERVILLE, Okla. - The Javelina women's golf finished the third and final of round of stroke play at the Lone Star Conference Women's Golf Championship on Tuesday with the team's best score across 54 holes on the season shooting a combined 936.
The score saw TAMUK finish tied for thirteenth place at the end of the championship for the Javelinas as freshman Cesilee Mokry led the way with a season's best round of 72 strokes on the day including three birdies on the day.
The even-par round for Mokry saw her finish tied for 31st place in the individual leaderboard.
Classmate Victoria Patterson ended the tournament carding a 76 (+4) with three birdies across the final six holes of her round finishing tied for 47th position.
Katelyn Habib and Kristin Grabow shot final round scores of 80 (+8) and 81 (+9) to finish tied for 58th and 62nd respectively.
Alessia Rojas rounded out the day for the Javs with a final round 87 (+15) to finish 68th .
The Blue and Gold now prepare for its final tournament of the season in Birmingham, Alabama at the PGA Collegiate Works Invitational beginning May 8.
