Brooks gathered his first honor of 2019-20 as he averaged 16 points in a pair of losses to Central Washington and Northwest Nazarene at the Fairfield Inn Tournament. The junior transfer from Temple College put away 12 points in 19 minutes on the floor in the 83-72 loss to CWU alongside two rebounds, and followed up with 20 points on 50% shooting from the floor against host NNU to go with five boards in the 82-68 loss.

On the year, Brooks leads the team with a 12.3 scoring average through four games, all off the bench, on a 42.2% clip from the field. He has averaged 16.5 minutes along with 3.3 rebounds to go with 1.8 steals per game.
