Brabham strung together a line of 17 kills, 19 assists and 11 digs in a four-set loss to then-No. 22 A&M-Commerce on Friday, October 19, before leading the Blue and Gold to a four-set win over Texas Woman’s the next day on the heels of a 16-kill, 25-assist and 15-dig performance.
The Kingwood, Texas, native pushed her triple-double season total to nine, good enough to tie her for the NCAA lead as she is currently matched with Katie Adams from Wisconsin-Parkside. She also leads the Lone Star Conference in kills per set with 3.74 and is ninth in hitting percentage at .271.
Brabham has reached the double-digit plateau for kills in 22 of TAMUK’s 27 contests in 2018 and has tallied at least 10 assists in 24 matches. She currently leads the team in kills, kills per set, points, second in assists and fifth in digs.
