Mariaxi Herrera went 2-1 in singles and 3-2 in doubles compeition last week in the tennis team's trip to Florida. She helped the Javelinas defeated #45 Florida Southern and previously undefeated SUNY Geneso and earn a regional ranking. Herrera is also ranked 11th in the region in the latest Intercollegiate Tennis Association rankings.
