KINGSVILLE, Texas – The Texas A&M-Kingsville women's basketball team prepares for the UT-Tyler Patriots this time out as they finish up their road trip, and are set to face off Saturday, January 20^th at 1:00 P.M.

The Javelinas (7-10, 3-7 LSC) are heading into Saturday's matchup after dropping a matchup to the Texas Woman's Patriots 54-64. The Javelinas led their opponent in categories such as FG% (42.9% - 36.0%), Three Point % (30.0%-14.3%), and Rebounds (33-27) but fell slightly short in other categories such as Free Throw% (75.0% - 78.8%).

#RV UT-Tyler (16-3, 10-0 LSC) comes into Saturday undefeated in the LSC, their most recent matchup against the #19 Texas A&M International University Dustdevils coming out on top 65-47.

The Javelinas and Patriots have met a total of 6 times dating back to the 2019-20 season. The Javelinas hold the overall matchup with a 4-2 all-time record.
