BATON ROUGE, La. (Beach Volleyball) – Texas A&M University-Kingsville (8-11) will head to the Battle at the Bayou April 14-15 at Mango's Beach Volleyball Club. The Javelinas will take on Spring Hill College (12-14) at 1 p.m., No. 7 LSU (18-5) at 3 p.m. and Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi (0-10) at 6 p.m. Friday and follow with No. t-10 Georgia State University (16-11) at 9 a.m. and the University of Louisiana at Monroe (13-8) at 3 p.m. Saturday.
The Javelinas are coming off the Houston Baptist University Beach Invitational.
Lexi Wick has eight wins at No. 1 as does
Kyra Henderson. Henderson and
Gabby Atchley have a win in No. 2 and Atchley has six overall. At No. 3,
Morgan Broussard and
Madi Brabham are 5-3 overall.
Kat Evans,
Maelee Sowa,
Kadi Shipman and
Haley Hutchinson have seven wins apiece.
