CANYON, Texas (Men's Basketball) – Texas A&M University-Kingsville (9-5, 1-2 LSC) looks to improve to .500 in Lone Star Conference play Saturday when they head to the First United Bank Center to take on West Texas A&M University (12-7, 1-3 LSC) at 4 p.m.
 
The Buffaloes are coming off a loss to the No. 15 Angelo State University Rams while the Javelinas defeated Eastern New Mexico University for their first LSC win of the season.

The Javelinas are led by Troy Jones and DJ Weathers who lead the team with 11.6 points per game. Jamar Goodwin averages 10.2 points per contest and a team-high 6.4 rebounds per game.
