KINGSVILLE, Texas – Head coach
Johnny Estelle of the Texas A&M-Kingsville men's basketball team announced the dates of the Javelilna Boys Basketball Camp on Thursday. The camp will run July 5-10 for boys between the ages of 7 and 17.
The cost is $200 for day campers and $380 for overnight campers that register before June 22. Anyone who signs up after June 22 will have to pay an extra $20. Lunch will be for all campers while overnight attendees will also receive breakfast and dinner.
All campers will get expert instructions from the Javelina basketball staff and student-athletes in ball handling, shooting, rebounding, passing and other skills. Daily contests, both team and individual, will be conducted daily.
Check-in for overnight campers will be Sunday, July 5 between 5-6 p.m. and checkout will occur Friday, July 10 between 4-5 p.m. Day campers can check-in on Monday, July 6 beginning at 7:30 a.m. The camp will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.
Attendees staying overnight will have supervised activities planned for each night. Possible activities include swimming, bowling, watching movies and shooting contests.
