Troy Jones averaged a team-high 16.0 points per game on 76 percent shooting and 7.3 rebounds in three games this week... beginning the week in the Sunshine State, Jones went 6-of-10 and finished a rebound shy of a double-double as the forward poured in 15 points to lead the Hogs past Eckerd College... the following day, the Navarro transfer filled up the stat sheet, recording a team-high 19 points (8-of-9 from the field), eight rebounds, one block and one assist against the University of Tampa, a team that advanced to the NCAA South Regionals last season... concluding the week at No. 20 Our Lady of the Lake, Jones came off the bench and played the entire second half, scoring 14 points on 5-of-6 shooting and pulling down five rebounds - three offensive... the Javelinas finished the 2014 season 4-7.
