Washington finished her collegiate career fourth in kills (1,321), eighth in digs (1,150) and ninth in service aces (90) in TAMUK history. She was a first team all-conference pick as a junior and senior and earned All-LSC second team her first two seasons.

In 2013, Washington led the Javelinas with 361 kills, 414 digs and 33 service aces. She followed with 315 kills, 318 digs, 60 blocks and 28 service aces this past fall. Back on Oct. 17, 2014, the Cuero, Texas native had a career night with 23 kills and five assists in a comeback victory at Eastern New Mexico.

Washington began her coaching career with the CC Storm Volleyball Club and also coached CC Force, a volleyball club in Corpus Christi.

She earned her bachelors degree from Texas A&M-Kingsville in 2015 and is working on her masters at TAMUK. She resides in Kingsville.
