2016-17 (R-Sr.): Named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll.

2015-16 (R-Jr.): Lua was a redshirt for the 2015-16 season.

2014-15 (Jr.): Lone Star Conference doubles honorable mention with Nadia Grlj… went 8-12 overall in singles action, 7-10 in the spring and 10-12 overall in doubles (10-10 in the spring)… began Midwestern State Invitational (Sept. 19-20) with 6-2, 6-0 win over UTPB’s Nicole Lee… ended season with back-to-back singles victories in flight No. 4 over No. 35 Cameron’s Magdalena Kovinic and Southern Nazarene’s Karina Kotova (April 3-4)… three consecutive doubles wins from March 13-14… injured her foot towards the latter of the season, ending her junior season early.
 
2013-14 (So.): Went 6-9 in the spring at singles No. 3 with a win over a nationally-ranked opponent and four wins at doubles No. 1, three coming with Ashlea Rosenbaum… defeated No. 4 regionally Houda Bellamine of No. 35 Northeastern State in singles play (March 15)… downed No. 48 Michelle Chemaly of No. 11 Temple, 7-6, 6-0 (March 20) and a day later, earned another straight set win… ended season with 8-6 win in doubles No. 2 with Eleni Anastasova over No. 7 in South Central region’s Lauren Pineda and Amy Clifton of No. 18 Midwestern State (April 25).
 
2012-13 (Fr.): Earned four wins at singles No. 3 as a freshman and totaled seven singles wins overall… went 6-10 overall in doubles action with four wins coming in the spring… began season with three consecutive wins at the third annual Doc Skogman Invitational at Texas Lutheran (Oct. 5-6) en route to the flight ‘D’ title… teamed with Paula Saenz to earn a win versus St. Mary’s and North Central Texas in tourney to finish second in the ‘B’ doubles bracket… first spring win came versus Schreiner’s Teresa Gaitan (March 1) and with Victoria Rios in doubles No. 2… ended season with two singles wins in final three matches and three doubles wins in final four, including an 8-4 win with Mariaxi Herrera in doubles No. 1 at No. 31 St. Edward’s (April 10).
 
High School: Attended Prepa Tecnologico De Monterrey Santa Fe in Mexico City, Mexico… advanced to the semifinals in the Intercampus Conference twice for the Borregos.
 
Club: Played eight seasons with Casablanca Satelite in Mexico City, Mexico.
 
Personal: Born June 29… nickname is Tabis… hometown is Tlalnepantla, Mexico City, Mexico… daughter of Miguel Lua and Mireya Cervantes… has a younger brother, Uriel… mother played five years for the Mexican national softball team and father played nine seasons with the Mexican national handball team… wants to obtain a masters in oil field in Europe… chose Texas A&M-Kingsville because of its proximity to home, its tennis program and great engineering program… admires her parents because of what they accomplished as student-athletes… majoring in environmental engineering.
