Biography
2017-18: Played in every game during his senior year, starting 27 times...Averaged 9.0 points per games, passed out 63 assist and pilfered 26 steals, all second-best on the squad..Also averaged 3.3 rebounds per game and blocked 11 shots...Set a career-high with 20 points against UT Permian Basin on Feb. 17th...Ended the year by scoring 10 or more points in six consecutive contests.
2016-17: Neal started in 27 of the 30 games he appeared in...he shot 37 percent from the floor and from three, while turning in a .762 clip from the charity stripe...the junior averaged 8.6 points per game and registered 55 assists and 34 steals...Neal had a season-high of 16 points on two separate occasions (vs. Ouachita Baptist and at UT Permian Basin), a season-best of five assists against Midwestern State (Feb. 2), and had four steals against South Dakota Mines (Nov. 12).
Personal: A junior transfer from Butler Community College where he was teammates with Derrick Byrd...If Neal did not play basketball, her says that he would do track and field and compete in the different jumping events...It is his first time living outside of the state of Kansas.
