Texas State Tech: Attended Texas State Technical College in Harlingen, Texas for one year… did not play football.
 
High School: Earned four letters for San Benito High School as a member of the football team… selected to second team All-District 32-5A as a defensive lineman and was award the team’s hustle award.
 
Personal: Son of Jose and Rosa Lopez… chose Texas A&M-Kingsville because of the football program and great atmosphere… admires his mother because she works really hard to provide for her family… majoring in kinesiology.
