High School: Earned three letters as a member of the Chavez High School Lobos in Houston, Texas… rushed for 1,625 total yards and 19 touchdowns his senior season… earned second team All-District 20-6A honors once and appeared on the first team all-district as a senior.
 
Personal: Full name is Nicholas Pelrean… son of Nichole Medrano, a proud member of the Houston police department… chose Texas A&M-Kingsville because of the family-like atmosphere… admires his mother because of how hard she works… management major.
