Biography

A 5-10, 200-pound linebacker from Galveston, Texas, played for Ball High School. He is a three-sport athlete in football, baseball and powerlifting. He earned Second Team All-District and team defensive MVP his sophomore season, Second Team All-District, Second Team All-County, and All-County Honorable Mention his junior year. During his senior season, Holmen earned First Team All-District for 24-4A and was named Team Defensive MVP all three seasons. He was also on the National Honor Society and Student Council. He is the son of David Holmen and Gena Anderson. He has two siblings, Alex and Angelena. He plans to study engineering.
