2015: Appeared in ten games, starting in two...finished with 16 tackles and a sack...two tackles and half a sack in win against Missiouri S&T (9/12)...followed with back to back three tackle games...two tackles and a six yard sack versus Tarleton State (10/10)

Blinn JC: Played 2 seasons for Blinn Junior College in Brenham, Texas… tallied 17 tackles in eight games as a sophomore (2014)… finished with 3.0 tackles for a loss and 0.5 sacks… as a freshman (2013), played in eight games, totaling 14 tackles – six for a loss – all coming versus conference opponents.
 
High School: Earned two varsity letters for Clear Brook High School in Friendswood, Texas… two-time all-district linebacker, leading Wolverines to a 2011 playoff appearance… 2010 Linebacker of the Year.
 
Personal: Son of James Conyers II… born Aug. 18… has an older brother, James III who played football for A&M- Commerce…  chose Texas A&M-Kingsville because it was the right fit for him… he admires his father… wants to become a coach… kinesiology major.
