2016: Started eight games as a tight end…appeared in all 12 games…caught three passes for 17 yards and one touchdown…longest reception of 10 yards against Angelo State on October 1…caught a touchdown pass against Incarnate Word on September 3

2015 (R-Jr.): Started in two games and played in ten...finished with two catches for 16 yards and one touchdown as a blocking tight end...four yard touchdown in senior night game versus West Texas A&M (10/24)...finished season with a 12 yards catch at Buffs (11/14) 

2014 (Jr.): Appeared in two games in first season at Texas A&M-Kingsville… caught two passes for 13 yards… received a season high catch at McMurry (Nov. 15) in the LSC Playoffs for nine yards.
 
Cisco JC: Played two seasons at Cisco Junior College, appearing on the all-conference team as a sophomore… named team captain prior to 2013 season.

High School: Four-year letterwinner at Southwest High School in San Antonio, Texas… bi-district champions… named No. 1 team in the city… collected all-district, all-area and future all-state team accolades… three-year starter… also participated in track and field.
 
Personal: Son of Eugene and Ramona Cooper… majoring in history.
