2014: Appeared in nice games for the Javelinas... recorded 13 solo tackles and 18 assisted tackles with 2.5 tackles for loss during the season... collected three or more total tackles in six games... tallied a season high eight total tackles in season opener against Humboldt State (Sept. 9)... closed the season against McMurry (Nov. 15) with 1.5 tackles for loss.

2013: Appeared and started in nine games… tied for most tackles on the team with 88… collected forty-five solo tackles – eight for a loss – one sack and one fumble recovery, and forced two fumbles… twelve tackles in Javelina debut at Central Washington (9/7)… one quarterback hit and forced fumble against the Wildcats… ten tackles and a recovered fumble at Midwestern State (10/5)… season-high 15 tackles (13 solo) at Eastern New Mexico (10/26)… concluded the season with 11 tackles at Angelo State (11/9) and 12 stops versus Valdosta State (11/16).
 
Wyoming: Played two seasons at the University of Wyoming… registered one solo stop in five games in 2011.
 
High School: Lettered for Kashmere High School’s football team in Houston, Texas.
 
Personal: Born Aug. 12, 1990 in Houston, Texas… son of Bernadette Smith… has two sisters, Brittany and Brooke… chose Texas A&M-Kingsville because of its rich tradition… admires his mother because she is a very strong woman… sociology major.
