Texas A&M - Kingsville Athletics

2014 (R-Jr.): Appeared in 10 games, tallying 129 rushing yards and 46 receiving yards… season-high 40 yards on the ground at West Texas A&M (Oct. 25)… eight rushing attempts, twice (Oct. 25 at WT and Oct. 11 at Tarleton State)… thirty-five yard rushing play versus the Texans… two receptions for 30 yards in 2014 Lone Star Conference Football Festival Game at AT&T Stadium versus #RV A&M-Commerce (Sept. 20).
 
2013 (R-So.): Played in four games, totaling 89 yards receiving… four catches for 15 yards in season-opening win at Central Washington (Sept. 7)… recorded career-high 74-yard reception versus McMurry (Sept. 21)… assisted on a tackle against West Texas A&M (Sept. 28).  
 
2012 (R-Fr.): Appeared in the season opener against No. 22 Central Washington (9/1), pulling down two catches for four yards… competed on the track and field team.
 
2011 (Fr.): Redshirted his first year at Texas A&M-Kingsville, retaining freshman eligibility… member of the track and field program.
 
High School: Earned First Team All-District 13-5A honors in 2010 at Klein Collins High School… set the school single season rushing record with 1,807 yards for an average of 150 yards rushing per game… named to the All-1960 Sun First Team and All-Greater Houston Honorable Mention by VYPE Magazine… led Klein Collins to back-to-back District 13-5A championships and a pair of 10-0 regular seasons… Texas State 5A qualifier as a junior in the 4x100 relay and a two-time district champion in the 100 and 200 meters.
 
Personal: Son of Mary Brinson… majoring in computer science.
