2018: Started once, playing in 18 matches and 45 sets...Totaled 48 kills with 21 blocks, 13 digs and three assists...Put up 10 kills on Nov. 2nd against MSU Texas.
High School: A member of the 5A all-city district team in 2014...Also received Newcomer of the Year honors in 2014 for District 5A...Named team captain in 2017.
Personal: Daughter of Jerry Soto and Lisa Ortiz...Studying Kinesiology...A member of the National Honor Society...Her father, Jerry, played basketball at St. Mary's (TX)...She chose TAMUK because of a "small community that made me feel at home."
