2017-18: The only player to start all 28 games for the Javelinas...Led the squad with 28 steals, including a season-high four against St. Mary's on Nov. 14th...Averaged 6.4 points and 3.1 rebounds per game...Hit 79.2% of his foul shots, TAMUK's second-best percentage...Reached double-digits in scoring a half-dozen times, including a 15-point night against Angelo State on Nov. 28th.

2016-17: Appeared in 23 games including three where he started...averaged 21.2 minutes per game where he scored 5.3 points per game...West shot over 30 percent from the floor and connected on 78 percent of his free throw attemtps...added 30 assists and 18 steals to his statline...had back-to-back games where he scored a career-high 19 points vs. UT Permian Basin (Feb. 18) and at Western New Mexico (Feb. 23)...in the game against UTPB he shot 60 percent from the floor and 70 percent at WNMU. 

2015-16: Appeared in all 26 games starting 22 as a sophomore…..second on the team in minutes played..Third on the team in assist (41) steals (20)..Averaged 7.8 points, 3.7 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 0.8 steals in 26 min of action…. scored double digits in 10 games…had a career high of 18 points against commerce (Feb.10) with 4 for 6 from the three-point line, 4 points from the charity line and 6 rebounds…Had a career high 8 rebounds against Eastern New Mexico (Feb.3)

2014-15: Appeared in all 27 games as a true freshman, starting six… averaged 6.1 points, 2.6 rebounds, 1.2 assists and 1.0 steal in 20.7 minutes of action… scored seven points and added four assists, three rebounds and one steal in collegiate debut, a double overtime victory versus Lake Erie (Nov. 14)… added six points, five rebounds and three assists in win against Northwest Nazarene (Nov. 28)… followed with nine points on 3-of-3 shooting from the field and 3-of-3 from the free throw line versus Pittsburg State (Nov. 29)… made first career start at No. 20 Our Lady of the Lake (Dec. 20), scoring 12 points and going 5-of-6 from the charity stripe… began the new year scoring 12 points and swiping four passes in win vs. Schreiner (Jan. 3)… recorded 14 points and eight rebounds in first LSC win of season at Eastern New Mexico (Jan. 14)… career-high 15 points in win over Eastern New Mexico at the SPEC (Feb. 4)… added four assists and four rebounds in the win over the Greyhounds… game began a streak of three consecutive double digit performances… followed win vs. ENMU with 14 points, six rebounds and three steals at West Texas A&M (Feb. 7) and 13 points and five rebounds at A&M-Commerce (Feb. 12)… six double digit games.
 
High School: Three-year letterwinner at Clear Lake High School in Houston, Texas… led the Falcons to a district championship… named team’s Most Valuable Player and earned first team all-district and second team all-district honors once in final two seasons, respectively.
