SMU: Member of the Southern Methodist University football team for three seasons… did not see game action… 2011: redshirted season, retaining four years of eligibility… 2012: did not appear in any games… 2013: did not participate in regular season contest.
 
High School: Three-year letterwinner for Brenham High School, a powerhouse high school led by head coach Glen West… back-to-back first team all-district (2010-11)… tallied 26 tackles, three interceptions and 12 pass breakups as a senior… racked up 80 tackles, two interceptions and six pass breakups as a junior… 2009 all-district honorable mention… invited to 2011 THSCA All-Star game… a three-star Rivals.com recruit… selected to PrepStar Magazine’s All-Midlands Region Team… named to MaxPreps.com’s Texas Top 300... ranked as the nation’s No. 85 cornerback by ESPN.com… ran a 4.48 40… also competed on the track and field team.
 
Personal: Son of Calvin and Sylvia Hubert… has an older brother Justin and daughter Zhya Punchard… chose Texas A&M-Kingsville because he sees himself fitting in with the football team and on campus… enjoys hanging out with friends and riding horses… intends to major in sociology.
