2016: Started one game on the defensive line…appeared in all 12 games…totaled 10 tackles, five assisted and three for loss…added a sack against UT Permian Basin on October 15 along with a season-high four tackles…posted a half-tackle for loss against Simon Fraser on September 10 and Angelo State on October 1…finished with two tackles against Eastern New Mexico on October 29

High School: Played two seasons for John Paul Stevens High School in San Antonio, Texas… Falcons made an appearance in the 2011 semifinals and he was named to the 2011 first team all-district squad.
 
Personal: Son of Keith and Brenda Thomas… has two younger sisters, Breanna and Bianca, two older brothers, Jordan and Jawann and a younger brother, Keion… Jordan is a wide receiver on the Javelinas and led the team in receptions and touchdowns in 2014… wants to work in the oil field… admires his father because he is humble, hardworking and has always been there for him… business marketing major.
