Set 2

A hard fought second set for both clubs resulted in a 25-23 win for the Rattlers. Faison struck back-to-back kills late in the set putting a rally in full motion as St. Mary's clung to a 24-22 lead. Maddi King committed an attack error to bring TAMUK within one point of a tie but made up for it by getting the final kill to end the set. Faison finished the with six total kills and Bukowski followed with five.

Set 3

In a back and forth set No. 3 that featured 13 ties and eight lead changes, the Hoggies came out on top 25-18 to avoid the sweep. Kingsville was very balanced with three kills each from Faison, Hutchinson and Wick and two kills from Bukowski and Krystal Puente. Taliah Phipps had a set high of two aces including the final point of the set to seal the victory.

Set 4

After being down 19-13, the biggest margin of the stanza, the Javs clawed their way back into the match to shrink the lead 21-19. In that run, Brabham gathered two kills, Faison and Klobedans each put down one kill and Puente came through with a big ace. Despite their efforts, the Javelinas were not able to get over the hump and fell 25-21 to end the match.
