PORTALES, N.M. (Volleyball) – Texas A&M University-Kingsville (12-7, 4-4 LSC) begins the second half of Lone Star Conference play looking to sweep the season series against Eastern New Mexico University (9-11, 3-7 LSC) on Friday, Oct. 17 at 8 p.m. in Greyhound Arena.
The following day, the Javelinas head to Canyon, Texas to face West Texas A&M University (19-3, 10-0 LSC) at 2 p.m. in the West Texas A&M Fieldhouse.

Scouting West Texas A&MThe Lady Buffs received 90 votes in the latest American Volleyball Coaches Association Division II Coaches Top 25 Poll. WTAMU is coming off a 3-1 victory over the Zias (Oct. 15) to improve to 10-0 in LSC play. In its first match at TAMUK, then No. 16-ranked WT defeated the Javelinas, 3-1, at the Gil H. Steinke Physical Education Center-Hampton Inn Court (Sept. 13).

Casey Klobedans paces the club with 9.75 assists/set. Defensively,
Brett Zaccardo averages 4.81 digs/set and

TAMUK is second in the LSC with an attack percentage of .230. The Hogs are ranked seventh nationally with 2.5 blocks/set and also average 15.0 digs/set.
