 Tahlequah, Okla. -- The Northeastern State Riverhawks jumped on the 21st ranked Javelinas right from the start and didn't let up in beating Texas A&M-Kingsville 78-60. .
  The loss broke the Javelinas' six-game winning streak and dropped them to 11-3 while the Riverhawks improved to 7-7.
  Stephen Story came off the bench to lead the Javelinas with 14 points and six rebounds before fouling out. Adan Montalvo had 11 points and Wendell Mulkey added 10.
  The Javelinas shot just 34 percent from the floor while the Riverhawks shot nearly 54 percent.
  Northeastern State scored nine of the first 11 points of the game, but the Javelinas closed the gap to one, 20-19, with 6:42 left in the half.
  But the Riverhawks scored 13 of the final 18 points of the half to grab a 33-24 halftime advantage.
 It was the third consecutive game the Javelinas trailed at the half, but this time it was on the road and they couldn't recover.
  Northeastern State outscored the Javelinas 17-8 in the first seven and a half minutes to grab a 50-32 lead with 12:40 left in the game.
  The Hogs rallied late to cut the lead to eight, 66-58 with 1:45 left in the game, but the Riverhawks scored 12 of the final 14 points of the game.
  The Riverhawks outscored the Javelinas 27-8 at the free throw line including a 25-4 advantage in the second half.
  Northeastern State hit its final 16 free throws of the game including 10 in the final minute and a half.
 The Javelinas travel to Central Oklahoma Saturday afternoon.
