Felicia Soza (14), Dyana Bullinger (12) and Sandra Maldonado (10) also scored in double figures for A&-Kingsville.
But the Javelinas, already without guards Nikki Thering, Lisalette Garza and Deanne Adger due to knee injuries, had to play without senior wing player Ali Scott who suffered a concussion in practice earlier this week.
The Javelinas trailed from the outset as the Bulldogs scored the first seven points of the game.
But A&M-Kingsville battled back and tied the game at 39 before the Bulldogs scored the final six points of the half to grab a 45-39 halftime advantage.
Southwestern took over the game in the first 6 1/2 minutes of the second half, outscoring the Javelinas 15-4 and taking over the game.
The Javelinas would get no closer than nine points the rest of the game.
Texas A&M-Kingsville hit 12 of 24 3-point shots, made 11 of 13 free throws, but shot just under 41 percent overall and were out-rebounded 40-28.
