Pena led the women in a pair of hard-fought losses to the Hilltoppers and the Rattlers. She started off the weekend with 11 points off the bench to go with three rebounds, two assists and a steal in the 69-60 loss to SEU on Saturday.

She followed that performance up with another 11 points in her first start of 2021-22 alongside another three rebounds and one steal in the loss to StMU, running her streak to five consecutive games scoring in double figures. On the year, Pena is averaging 11.2 points per game on a 36.1 shooting clip to go with 1.8 rebounds.
