Texas A&M - Kingsville Athletics

Devan Muller is entering his first year with Texas A&M Kingsville University as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications for Javelina Athletics. He Spent the last five years as a student at the University of Southern Mississippi. 

Muller is a graduate of Southern Miss, receiving his master's degree in Sports Management and MBA, he also graduated from Southern Miss with a bachelor's in Sport Management. 

In this role, Muller will oversee Volleyball, Women's Basketball, Softball, Track & Field, and Cross Country. This includes press releases, social media, digital streams, official statistics among other duties. 

A longtime resident of Mandeville, Louisiana, Muller began his time in athletic communications at Southern Miss under Jack Duggan and Jack MacDonald as an intern in 2021 before becoming a graduate student assistant in 2024. 

His time with Southern Miss, was encapsulated with the university joining the Sun Belt and winning Multiple Conference championship seasons in baseball, men's and women's basketball, and various other sports. 

Muller currently lives is Kingsville.
