2017: Second-team All-Lone Star Conference...Led the staff with seven wins, going 7-4 with a 3.79 ERA while starting 13 times...Also posted a team best 71.1 IP, the fifth-best in the LSC...His 51 strikeouts were the second-most on the Javelinas...Began the year 7-1 with a 2.28 ERA in nine starts...Opened his season with six frames of one-hit ball during which he racked up eight strikeouts to earn a W on Feb. 3rd against Wiley...On Feb. 17th he beat Chico State with eight shutout innings, giving up just one hit and K'ing five...Pitched a complete game to earn a win against St. Mary's on March 31st.
