2020: Logged a record of 6-1 playing out of the No. 5 and No. 6 spots...Rattled off wins in her first six matches, including triumphs over Nebraska, New Orleans and Southern Miss.

2019: Earned three wins while competing in the No. 4, No. 5 and exhibition flights...Collected a straight set victory over Nicholls State on March 22nd...Also topped teams from Park University and Missouri Baptist.

2018: Took the court for 18 matches and completed her second season in Blue and Gold with eight wins...Started the year playing in the No. 4 spot, posting a record of 4-1...Put together a string of eight victories in 11 matches from March 2nd - 17th...Her last three wins came against pairs from Houston Baptist, Abilene Christian and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi, all Division I schools.

2017: Took home her first victory in the Blue and Gold on March 3rd in the STA Newman Hall Beach Volleyball Invitational...Participated in 23 matches, while picking up 10 wins.

High School: At Sealy High, Sowa was named First-Team All-District and was also chosen to the All-State Academic Team.

Personal: Born to Clayton and Stephanie Sowa...Has one brother, Clay...Enjoys dancing and painting...Romance is her favorite movie genre and The Notebook is her favorite film.
