Biography

2020: Appeared in 10 games with two starts...Went 1-for-7 at the plate...Scored three runs and stole a base.

2019: Played in 11 games, making one start...Scored three runs, all in the postseason, including the go-ahead run in the final game of the South Central Super Regional against Cameron on May 17th.

2018: Made five starts while playing in 32 games...Hit a blistering .474 with 9 knocks in 19 at-bats...Scored 10 runs...Stole six bases in nine attempts.

2017: Started 13 games as a freshman and appeared in 29 games...the slapper hit .263 on 38 at bats, recording ten hits, eight runs scored, and had two RBIs...was also a threat on the bags with five stolen bases...saw some action at catcher where she logged 49 putouts, 12 assists, a .924 fielding percentage, and caught four runners stealing.

High School: Attended Belton HS where she was named 2nd Team All-District Catcher as a freshman and 2nd Team All-District Utility as a sophomore.

Personal: Sydney likes to lift weights and country music. Her favorite artist is Blake Shelton. She is the daughter of John and Lucy Bowman. She has four siblings.
