Biography
At Angelo State: Mahone spent one season playing for the Rambelles at Angelo State in 2010-11 playing in 19 games with 17 starts. She was second on the team with 12.5 points a contest while leading the team with 7.1 rebounds a contest and 46 steals. She was a second-team All-Lone Star Conference selection.
At Eastern Michigan: Mahone saw action in 31 games, starting in 22. She averaged 20.8 minutes on the court, while shooting 36 percent from the floor and 64.5 percent from the charity stripe. As a freshman averaged 4.2 rebounds a contest and 5.0 points a game during her debut campaign.
High School: Mahone split her prep career between Corpus Christi Carroll High School and Saline High School in Michigan. As a senior, she averaged 16 points, eight rebounds and five steals. She was named team MVP while leading the Tigers to a 20-10 record. Mahone also garnered first team All-District and All-South Texas honors her final season. In the CBBA East-West High School All-Star Game, she compiled 31 points and earned MVP recognition for the game during her senior year
Personal: Mahone is the daughter of Henry and Teri LeMaire. She has two siblings Kellen Mahone and Leah LeMaire — who plays basketball for Lone Star Conference rival Angelo State. Her father Cer’Ci Mahone played in the NBA for the Denver Nuggets. She is majoring in mathematics with teaching certification.
