2018: Played in 54 games, making 51 starts...Collected 38 hits in 143 at-bats for a .266 average...Piled up 11 doubles, one triple and five homers while driving in 23 runs and scoring 24 times...Totaled three sacrifice flies...Picked up a pair of hits, including a homer, while driving in two runs and scoring twice against UT Permian Basin on March 3rd...Crushed a grand slam against Arkansas-Monticello on March 13th...Scored three runs and drove in one to go with a pair of hits against Western New Mexico on April 28th.

2017: Started in all 49 games that she played in...in 114 at bats, she logged a .237 batting average, 27 hits, 18 runs, 17 RBIs , and one home run...in the outfield, she recorded a .970 fielding percentage and had 56 putouts with just two errors.

2016: Started and played 51 games...had a .265 batting average recording 29 RBI, 23 runs, and blasted three bombs...hit nine doubles, one triple, and swiped seven bags on eight attempts...on March 28, Oatman was named the LSC Hitter of the Week after leading the Javelinas in the 4-0 sweep against Eastern New Mexico. In that series, the freshman batted .714 at the plate, 12 RBI, 2 homers, 10 hits, six runs, a slugging percentage of 1.357 and on-base percentage of .765...in the outfield, Oatman had 56 putouts, five assists, four errors, and had a fielding percentage of.938. 

High School: Attended Richland HS where she was on the Academic All-District team from 2012-15, 2nd Team All-District in 2014, 1st Team All-District in 2015 and was an All-State Nominee in 2015. 

Personal: Lauren enjoys painting and Netflix. She loves comedy movies especially if Melissa McCarthy is in it. Lauren is the daughter of Bill and Nanette Oatman and has two siblings in Payton and Ashlyn.
