High School: Two sport athlete at Harlingen High School in Harlingen, Texas… awarded first team all-state, first team all-valley and second team all-region as a senior… named Defensive Player of the Year and first team all-valley as a junior… received second team all-district honors as a freshman and sophomore… also a lettered in track.
